Hi, I have a Envy X360 15 inch model with Windows 10 64 bit. I've installed my updates and drivers. But this driver: 'Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P. Keyboard - Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Neutral PS/2 Keyboard for HP Hotkey Support' Is not downloading and installing. 1) If the external keyboard works perfectly, then you need to consider searching and downloading the latest version of the laptop driver from HP support. 1. Restart your Laptop

2. Reinstall Keyboard Driver

  • Go to Control Panel>Device Manager
  • Expand the “Keyboards” category then right click on the option and choose “Uninstall”. When prompted choose Uninstall and press ok to continue.
  • Restart your Laptop and then keyboard driver will be automatically installed on your Computer.
  • If the keyboard driver is not working you can use On-screen Keyboard by clicking on the middle icon from the three provided on the right bottom of the lock screen in Windows 10.

3. Update the Driver
